Brian was admitted to the roll of Advocates in February, 2018. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree [2^nd Upper Division] from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa. He also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.

Brian undertook his Pupillage (apprenticeship) at the firm of Nchogu, Omwanza & Nyasimi Advocates, where he was tutored in the proper practice of law; and later retained as an Associate at the firm. For a period spanning more than 5 years, he rose to the rank of Senior Associate. During this period, he was entrusted to lead the dispute resolution department, a role that entailed overseeing all the litigation, mediation and arbitration matters that were handled by the firm. In this role, Brian attained valuable expertise and experience that catapulted him on his quest to start Kebris Law Advocates LLP, alongside his partners.

Brian currently oversees the Environment and Land Law, Pro- bono & legal aid and Advocate-Trainee/ Mentorship departments at our firm. He has interests in environmental management and protection and currently serves the Nation as a member of the National Environmental Complaints Committee- a crucial body that undertakes the role of ‘Environmental Ombudsman’, oversights other state agencies in the sector and investigates environmental complaints from all over Kenya.
