Kevin is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya having been called to the Bar in March 2017. He holds an LLM degree in Comparative Constitutional Law from the Central European University; an LLB degree from Kenyatta University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
He started his legal career in practice as a trainee advocate with the firm of Njoroge Regeru & Company Advocates where he was involved in rigorous Litigation, Corporate Practice, Commercial Transactions, Conveyancing& Arbitration. Upon admission to the Roll of Advocates, Kevin joined the firm of Muiruri & Wachira Advocates in the litigation department where he was involved in Commercial Litigation, Environment and Land related Litigation, Employment and Labour related Litigation, Arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Kevin also has a keen interest in legal research and consultancy. To that end, he has previously been retained by the International Development Law Organization as a Legal Research Consultant embedded to the Judiciary Committee on Elections; FIDA Kenya as a Legal Counsel in the access to Justice Department and the Open Society Foundations – Africa as a legal research consultant. He has considerable experience and expertise in commercial litigation, employment, family law, constitutional and electoral laws.
