Stephen is a certified professional Mediator and a law graduate from the University of Nairobi where he graduated with a Second Class Honours (Upper Division) in 2015. He also holds an LLM degree in Democracy and Governance from the same university and a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) from the Kenya School of law. He began his legal training at the law firm of Kitindio Musembi & Co.

Advocates and Andrew Makundi & Co. Advocates in Machakos as an intern and with the firm of Mwaniki Gachoka& Co.  Advocates (Currently MG Law Advocates) for his pupillage. Upon admission to the Bar in 2017, he worked with J.K Kibicho & Co. Advocates as an Associate in the Commercial practice before joining the Firm of Muiriuri & Wachira Advocates as a Litigation associate advocate until 2023.

Mr. Musili is engaged in the Litigation department and has since his entry into the Firm handled matters for leading Commercial Banks, Security Firms, Debt Collection, Civil Litigation, Constitution and judicial review litigation. Arbitration, Children’s Matters, Succession, Divorce and Land Law.
